CRystal CasTLES are an electronic duo from Toronto Ontario Canada made up of Ethan Kath and Alice Glass (Awesome last name by the way) and they are a band that sounds like they got stuck in the 1980's video game world but this isnt just a crappy mario theme song band no this band has hooks leads and very punky vocals coming from alice.it all started when kath got glass to come and do a soundcheck and with that kath made the song alice practice and released it onto the web and they gained attention from internetjunkies and they, crystal castles, got signed to the surprise of glass because she didnt even know that the song alice practice existed. the rest was history.

there are a hell lot of remixes for this album but anyway this album as a whole shows how much crystal castles have grown from the first album and one thing is that they outgrew the very very heavy "gameboy" synth and added other sounds to the beats from this "gameboy" synth.
